I thought I quit too. I started back up again last May. It lasted 9 months. I want to quit again, but I want to lose weight more. I can only do one healthy thing at a time!

Yep - the need to eat to satisfy the oral fixation caused by smoking is WAY difficult to overcome and chewing gum just does not do it LOL.

I am pretty good with the smoking though. I usually do not booze it up during the week and without the booze, I won't smoke.
