What seems to be left off here is the fact that in the 70s and 80s Stevie was a major hot sex symbol. I know MANY straight men who adore her and her music

And actually not one of my gay male friends are into Stevie at all...

i tried playing it, but my windows media player froze up. it's been doing that. i should try playing it with itunes.

There are a few straight guys on here who like Stevie..Alex..Phoenix (is he straight?)

Other than that the men I refer to aren't really online -but in the 70s and 80s boy oh boy they say nothing was hotter than Stevie Nicks...so I think she also has a lot of straight male fans

Those tend to be the people who just like looking at her, or casual Fleetwood Mac fans. I think it would be pretty rare to find a straight guy that is a fan of her clothes and candles and poetry and all that. And even liking her solo music is different from being a big fan of the total Stevie Nicks package.

Though I agree that Stevie's fan base includes a large contingency of gay men, I don't think she's ever been considered to be a "gay diva," which is kind of curious!

I have dozens of gay male friends, and absolutely none of them have any use for Stevie. They listen to (crappy, in my opinion) disposible dance/tech music and contemporary singers of the moment.
