the woman signed a contract after being approached with a certain conditions and was made false promises. she was set up really. it all depends on what was signed by law but what the network did was intentionally mislead in order to get her to appear and they won't learn a lesson from it cause they do it all the time but it was definately wrong. the woman was clearly fragile and was under the impression that the interview would not affect her state in this way and made the decision to appear taking her state into account. then it turned out to be what it was, something which would affect her state, and they should be accountable.

I hope CNN and Nancy Grace pay thru the nose for this. That wasnt journalism, that was harrassment. Regardless of the appearance that the mother was the only viable suspect, Nancy Grace is not a judge/jury and had no right to act like an inquisitor. JMO.
