I know what you mean. For a long time, I've been ambivalent as far as Heather is concerned but with actions like these the party is definitely over. And I'm not even one of these "Paul can do no wrong, just because he's Paul"-fans

I'm not in that boat either - though probably walk a thin line - but I absolutely don't buy Heather's accusations. I don't know if it's because he's Macca or if because I think she's a lying whore with the crazy eye - either way...I simply don't buy it.

Isnt News of the World kinda like the Enquirer--that is to say, not very credible? full of innuendo and hearsay?

I think if she DOES have tapes its gonna be hard to pooh pooh it....especially if its really egregious on Paul's part....visuals have a way of sticking with jurors

If she really had dangerous tapes for him we wouldn't have heard a word about all this mess. He would have paid on the spot. And this won't end up in court , IMO, if she doesn't want to be publicly destroyed. Truth doesn't really counts at this point, tactic does. And using the News of The World he reminded her that he can totally trash her not even opening his mouth.
