Well seteca, I'm not too sure. All I can say is that Stevie tends to be very contradictory, or at least it SEEMS that way to me and a lot of the people I have talked to. For example, I had always heard that as soon as the doctor told Stevie she might die the next time she did cocaine, she stopped. But THEN, she said that she still went 8 months on cocaine to finish the Rock a Little tour. Also, at times it sounds like it was her choice to go off cocaine, but yet everyone says that people intervened and made her stop and made her go to Betty Ford. These two quotes don't really seem to contradict themselves to me...she's saying in both that she made the sacrafice not to get married because she would have to stop being in a band and being in music. But, Stevie can tend to say one thing, then say another that seems to contradict it. And, I stress "SEEMS" to contradict because they might not at all, they just do to me. I don't know, anyone else have anything to say about the matter? This is a very good topic, and thank you for the interview!
