The fmlegacy site has tour dates for 1975 and they list 2 Passaic shows: June 7th and October 17th, but NOT May 3rd. Would FM have played THREE times at the same venue on the same tour? If the CD is the one with this set list*, it wasn't recorded at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic at all, it was recorded in New Haven, CT show at the Yale Bowl, on the Yale Univ campus that was recorded for the King Biscuit Flower Hour radio show. Where they ever got "Passaic" out of it, I just don't know.

Then why is "Never Let Me Down Again" on the 1980 Live Album credited to Passaic, NJ?

I've always wondered that myself... I think they just used the version from the mislabeled tapes...which just carried on the inaccuracy.
