Hey right - on broke even. I won't weight myself so soon after the weekend - and I did horribly this weekend. But I'm all back on track today - AND I found this amazing bread that is only 1 point per slice, rather 2 points per slice...

So that adds 1 point to sandwhiches - which is absolutely fine with me! I'm not using any flex points at this point - and my sister seems to think that my not using those is hindering more weight loss.

Also I start exercising today!
