Its going to be 100 out tommorow, and I have to be outside from 9 to 4 painting a house. *Cough* *Cough* *Sniffle* Oh man I think I'm sick. Tsk tsk. How lame!

My friend Jessica in Rochester said the heat index there was 105 I'm SOOOO glad I'm not there -the heat I can handle - the humidity makes me wish I was dead.

Oh yeah, Rochester's worse. At least we get the breeze off the lake here, they just get...stagnant heat, I guess.

Rochester IS worse..in more ways than one

Anyway, before I left I remember a couple of days when the National Weather Service issued an "air stagnation warning" at the time I thought, "wtf is that!?!" Then I found out *shudder*

bad air quality warnings all the time, due in part to the fact that pollution from Texas (ie-Dallas) seems to travel towards the North in the summer months....Which makes it very hard to breathe if you have respiratory problems.

Btw, The temp is 105.8 w/ 24% humidity....Today is the 19th day the temp has reached over 100 degrees since the official start of summer.
