Default Reno 911

Does anyone else watch this show besides me & ChiliD? It's often inappropriate, and stupid, and un-PC and it's funny as hell!

The season premiere was on this past Sunday. "Dangle, now do jazz hands!" "You know that movie V? With the aliens? Well, Trudy's having a V baby." ROTFLMAO!

Have you ever seen the TV show COPS? Where the police take a cameraman with them while busting criminals to film everything? It's a reality show.

Well, like Ken said Reno 911 is a spoof of COPS, basically.

Well, I love the show Cops---I laugh all the way through that one. So a spoof of that is definitely something I would really enjoy.

I think it is HYSTERICAL, esp. the semi heavy fat black woman cop when she tried to run with her gun!!!!

Given your famed love of men in short shorts, I also feel confident in declaring that you may enjoy Reno 911!

Niecy Nash is the actress. They pad her ass & put her in tight pants to make her look bigger. She is hysterical.

Was that the one where her & Clemmy were chasing a perp but he climbed a fence so they just stopped. "You know I coulda got him, girl, but I'm on my period..."

My favorite ep had to be where they put Jones (black cop) on traffic cop duty for punching out Garcia (Hispanic cop) after he made a racial comment to him. When Garcia came to apologize, he brought Jones a bag of fried chicken and malt liquor. I swear I almost peed my pants. Jones yelled at Garcia, so Garcia left. Then Jones sat on the curb & ate the chicken & opened to malt liquor. So bad, but so damn funny.

I believe that was the one - they were at a house/trailor or something like that.

I think the show is such an outrage and so MF'ing welcome in this age of touchy felly BS

Of course, I LOVED All in the Family and am sad that a show like that could NEVER get produced on a major network these days.

This show is such a guilty pleasure. I like it so much, I'm letting my balls hang out of my shorts while reading this thread. And I this show is much closer to reality than COPS could ever be.

The main characters crack me up, but I actually like the recurring bit players better. I love Terry the roller-skating $2 male hustler, crazy TeeTee (also played by Niecy Nash), and the drug addict (Mike?) whose brain according to Dangle has "become the consistency of Jell-O after years of abusing crystal meth and peppermint schnapps."

I saw a commercial saying they would be airing uncut episodes in the Late-Night Stash, but I think it might have been last Saturday night before the season premiere. If not, it will be this Sat. Check your local listings...

They've seemed to have stopped the previously running gag of Dangle's bicycle being stolen every episode...despite his using 4 or 5 locks to "secure" it. That used to make me do spew takes.

Missed the premiere of the new season on Sunday, but it is being re-aired tonight.
