My favorite story along these lines is one time a few years back I was in this little corner store and I was in line behind a very annoying woman who was being waited on. The guy was smoking behind the counter, which I dont happen to think is appropriate, but this lady was really mean to him. She said to put out the F***IN cigarette or she was gonna call the cops. SHe told the guy she wanted to see the owner right away, and he proceeded to tell her he was the owner and blew a huge puff of somke right in her face! She ran screaming out the door and I had my laugh for the day.

yeah - see I've been in some places with the assiest of customers - sometimes people do deserve ****ty service

But if the person giving the service turns around and treats ME ****ty for no reason -then I take issue...

I certainly concur with you there. I'm not one that usually will go out of my way to complain, but sometimes it's neccesary.
