People keep telling me that I should try the club scene since I'm not having any luck finding someone otherwise, but the whole dancing/big crowds thing just isn't me. I suppose I could try it and pretend that I'm enjoying myself, but what would be the point of that?

My roommate loves to go out clubbing and I go sometimes but have gotten bored with it. The last time we went to a club I was like, "These guys are all assholes, they always are." Which is true but I guess that is kind of a downer when you are out trying to have a good time. I think I pissed her off. But going out once in a while can be fun.

I went out Sat to see my favorite local cover band, the bassist is so freaking cute, I just wind up dancing right in front of him every time. I'm shameless. They're so fun though and an excellent band. The singer just had an audition for the band Fuel.

I have a better time doing that than going out to a dance club. At least there are some real people when you go see a band and not mostly shallow types. I still have never met anyone that way though. You don't meet people out at clubs with any real promise. You meet them through your friends/family or at work. Or, I am hoping, through an online dating service.

As far as secrets, no I don't have any. I have a blabber mouth and have told at least one person any one of my "secrets". Either that or I had a witness.
