Default Dreams... Dance Re-mix

Forgive me if I'm light years behind on this but....
Today while out walking my dog I came across this dance re-mix of "Dreams" on the radio. I figured if there was ANYWHERE to get the skinny on this, it was from these boards.

I didn't know whether to laugh or to cry.
On the one hand it was great to walk to but then I suddenly felt very old.
It was like a bizarre collision of my '70's and '80's years all at once.
Worlds collide... indeed.

You probably heard Deep Dish feat. Stevie Nicks - Dreams. She recorded new vocals in 2005 for this remix. It's been out on their album since last year, and gets it's official single release later this month... there's about 8 or 9 different remixes of the track - some of them you can download here if you like:

And here's more info: http://stevie-nicks.info/stevie/index.php

Thanks, MacMan.
I figured I could either Google 'til I drop OR just come here and get an answer in no time.
That is such a classic song so it was pretty cool to hear it "new" again.

this mix is huge on the radio in NYC right now. i hear it every day during my hideous commute. when you're sitting for 2 hours in gridlock traffic at 6:30 in the morning, that's pretty much proof that there is a god and that he (she?) does indeed like fleetwood mac.

I think I 've posted this already on a Stevie thread, but I love that remix. I was pleasantly surprised because usually I hate it when old and classic songs are "re-done" this way, but that particular version is very good indeed.

i really like it too. deep dish generally does a good job remixing stuff. i enjoy their big love remix as well.

I heard this at a club over the weekend, and it packed the dance floor. (Myself included, of course...)

I actually have an awesome GYOW remix, too. Not so into the Little Lies remix, though.

Probably because of the new vocals...

yes, it's very good! quite a bit of a "lounge" type of feel to it. it's less danceable than the dreams remix, but more relaxing in my opinion. i wish my computer wasn't dead, i'd send it to you.
