I am astonished. Every time I think that it can't get any worse, it does. The president and this administration make me sick. Literally sick. I feel nauseous.

You are sweet too.

The issue with Medicaid is that many of the people who rely on the program are extremely sick and can't work. So of course they can't afford the new up to 20% co-pay that states can now implement.

My partner was on Medicaid from the moment he was diagnosed with cancer until the day he died. Without it, he wouldn't have gotten the care and treatment he needed. I will always defend this lifesaving program and anyone who would publicly defend a political party that cuts funding from it while passing tax cuts for the rich (another bill pending in the Senate) should explain exactly why they support said party....in order to get a T-shirt.

No essay, I'm just curious if you support these funding cuts. I wouldn't normally ask except you have posted in this thread, so I'm now curious. I'll throw in a keychain.

I get that...and I'm not trying to offend either. I'm really just asking your opinion and I don't plan to get into a debate or anything. And here's the obligatory smiley face to back this up.

That is because you cannot make an original political idea and when called out and shown the truth, you behave like a smug child stamping his foot because he did not get his way

couldn't resist

Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney has come up with an innovative proposal to combat that: he wants to require every citizen in the state to buy health insurance.

"What the government is saying is, 'no more can you turn and put your cost of health insurance and health care on everybody else.' You have a personal responsibility to either pay for your own health care yourself, or buy an insurance policy, but no more just showing up at the hospital and saying, 'I can't pay, make someone else pay for me,'" Gov. Romney says.

Romney says forcing people to have insurance is fair.

"In my state, you can't drive a car on our roads unless you have automobile insurance, because we don't want people getting in accidents and expecting someone else to pay for their car and for their health," he says. "Same way with our citizens that don't have health insurance."

I'm actually glad he's saying this because it will guarantee that we'll never have another Republican elected to the position of governor. Never again. People hate him with a passion already and this is just adding fuel to the flames.

He's a total piece of s--- and really a huge blemish on an otherwise fabulously liberal state...or commonwealth.

Today's religious right has absolutely nothing to do with christianity. It's so warped it's completely morally bankrupt.

You got it, sistah.

Another example of how much growing up you have to do. It must be interesting living in that much non-reality.

*** cough, cough *** bull**** *** cough, cough ***

You're "I'm just joking" commentary doesn't mask anything. If you were truly "out of politics" on this board, you wouldn't have posted all of those flippant comments. At least Ryan had the decorum to not flame your ass after that comment you made.

Well, I am in a Prada suit that I was going to runway this month but could not because I was too sick. It is a 32 inch waste and I am 6'4" with a 44" chest. Any questions - suckah
