I was listening to my Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers 'Anthology: Through The Years" this morning and remembered to finally post this question.

At the beginning of 'Even The Losers', is that Stevie saying "It's all the normal noises in here?".

It kinda sounds like her, but it could be someone else. Anyways, I figured someone on here who's a bigger whiz on TP trivial would know. Thanks

No. That song is from 1979's "Damn the Torpedoes" (incidentally, I think the voice sounds nothing like Stevie).

Tom and Stevie didn't collaborate or even meet until the recording sessions for Bella Donna and Hard Promises, respectively.
