Truth be told, I have no idea what my cholesterol is, but I suspect its prob OK since my blood pressure is normal/low normal. I attribute THAT to my liberal sprinkling of chilies on everything. I think the capsaicin in the chilies keeps the old arteries clear....at least I HOPE it is!! About the only good thing I can say is that I dont smoke and dont do drugs.

I noticed however that people whose weight fluctuates from constant dieting must be doing themselves a disservice?
I felt kinda good about saying I wasnt a yo-yo dieter (Im not a dieter at all! Im a hedonist!) And I do get a marginal amount of exercise when I do yard work etc....so, I guess Im not a total loss Oh and Im losing weight (inches anyway)
so I expect my real age to decrease once my BMI adjusts downward. Ahhhhh the fountain of youth!

I was doing great, about 2 and 1/2 years below my calendar age (37.5) until I got to the smoking part and it jacked me up to 40. I just said f*ck it at that point and quit the quiz.
