1. Being left-handed.

2. Playing with timeclock Mick Fleetwood for so many years.

Her left hand is what makes her shuffles better than the other pianists who have played FM material in or outside the band. And thanks to the 1992 International Music Publications Ltd. notation, you, too, can mimic Christine's left hand on the shuffle. When I play a Chris shuffle, I slightly adapt her pattern to my own weaker capability -- but heck it gets me through the song.

Fleetwood Mac used to play it live at various tempi throughout the early & mid 1970s (it was recorded as a slow blues shuffle). There's a nice version of it from 1970 or 71 on the Madison Blues set. Great guitar work from both Jeremy and Danny, though the vocals are mixed a little low.

My left hand has always been way weaker. I'm still improving, but I've always been a big I-V-I left hand man. I've been practicing some scales with my left hand lately. Mainly, after seeing GLYUTB!

Anywho, I'm a left handed pianist... I don't think it means anything. One of these days I'll post a clip of me playing Don't Stop. Once I get to the solo (a la The Dance), it's gone!

BTW, I play string instruments (guitar, violin/viola, bass, etc.) right handed. It's all in how you learn it.
