Uh, I think I'm going to rewrite papers, and I think this guy I slept with last summer is coming to visit me. We may go camping, but we may not cause I only have four days off. I'll probably make stuffing, b/c that's my favorite part of the dinner.
I love staying home during Thanksgiving break and chilling out, catching up on stuff, cozying around my house....Oh, and Paula? Can you send me some of that pumpkin cheesecake? Thx.
Sounds like you'll be having a good time

I'm spending it with my ex and some other friends. I like spending the holidays with friends so much better than with my family. Speaking of which, I think I may be disowned.

I won't go to my Mom's grave with anyone, either. Not that I necessarily cry, I just don't want to share that moment.

I think I'm going to be alone... my parents are in Europe and I don't really have any other family here. Hopefully a friend will take pity on me... otherwise I might get a pizza and watch movies all day. I should probably volunteer somewhere.

3 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)

Pie filling optional for topping

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Add vanilla and spices. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add pumpkin. Mix well. Pour over crust.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce overn temperature to 250; continue baking for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Chill before removing. Top with pie filling (optional) just before serving.

I'll be experiencing the French attempt at a Thanksgiving dinner with 65 other American students during a "Thanksgiving" dinner being held for us...at a French restaurant.

I am so excited. I am going to Shawnee, OK to see my momma. She is cooking her famous Thanksgiving Dinner with chocolate pie....yummy. I miss my mom. I am only 3 1/2 hours away from her but I haven't been home since Christmas.

I don't cook so we'll be picking up dinner form Maggiano's or McCormick & Schmick's.

Aww, c'mon... don't you like busting your ass for hours on end for family to have all the food gone in 15 minutes, then loaf around as you spend countless more hours cleaning up after them???

...uhhh, with that thought, I don't cook either!
