This is the movie starring Charlize Theron as a woman who filed a sexual harrassment suit in the 70's against an iron ore mine here in Minnesota. I hear it's gotten RAVE reviews. ANyone seen it. I really want to, show a little pride for my home state!!

Do you remember Home Pride buttertop bread? I think that was made in Minnesota. I love Minnesota. They have the best wild rice up there (wild rice is really just marsh grass).

I've just realized you're Pierre Arnaud , David, even if only for his capacity of widening the conversation.

Well there's another one to add to the queue. But I have several in front of it, including Renoir's Les bas-fonds on Criterion, & VOLUME III of Looney Tunes!!

It's interesting to hear cultured poeple converse back and forth. I sometimes I wish I was a bit more so, though I wouldnt consider myself a caveman...

No way! Not to steal DavidMn's thread for a moment but my Dad opened a Toro dealership in SoCal when he retired from the Navy so he would have a hobby. 30 years later his "hobby" had twelve employees, he had to double the size of his building and he was working 6 days a week. OK, back to the movie.
