Default Alert: Demonizing Condi
Check out the photo of Condoleezza Rice that was published by USA Today last week

Notice anything peculiar about her eyes?

No, Condi isn't possessed; the photo was manipulated

found a pre-doctored version of the Associated Press photo on Yahoo! España:

Unbelievable. Robert George points to another example of malicious photoshopping of a black Republican official.

Update:

USA TODAY REMOVES DOCTORED PHOTO

The doctored photo of Condi Rice has been removed from USA Today's website with this editor's note:

Quote:
Editor's note: The photo of Condoleezza Rice that originally accompanied this story was altered in a manner that did not meet USA TODAY's editorial standards. The photo has been replaced by a properly adjusted copy. Photos published online are routinely cropped for size and adjusted for brightness and sharpness to optimize their appearance. In this case, after sharpening the photo for clarity, the editor brightened a portion of Rice's face, giving her eyes an unnatural appearance. This resulted in a distortion of the original not in keeping with our editorial standards.

That was a really bad photo editing job. It is common to whiten eyes in photos but that is horrid. Probably a liberal artist!

while I'm thinking about it, Condi needs to walk, no, run to her nearest Macy's or something and have a makeunder. IMO, it's hard for women of color to wear makeup the way most women of a lighter skin tone do. blush is the hardest to pull off and good lord, that red lipstick...whew -
