misinformed in and on what? Amber admitted she did not read my comment carefully enough when she replied yep to my question. So, I was correct?

Too bad the stories aren't as good, though.

The Sand Fairy is another really bad BBC adaptation.

I also remember I had to see the Lion, Witch, etc. performed by some actors at my school when I was young, and I just hated it.

I don't really like people in animal costumes, or anything even remotely like that.

Blow some of that hot air over here if you can, it's positively freezing here today.

I never once got a Jesus vibe. And by that time I had read the bible, though my comprehension of it may have been a little challenged by the wording. If you click on the larger one, it should work. I saw both.

No, you were not correct, because you called me assinine based on my first comment, which clearly stated that I did not want these books made into movies, and made no mention of all books. So, you are wrong at least as far as the calling me assinine part.

I read them and loved them and also watched every incarnation of the books as film. I can't wait to see the movie.

Good job not answering the question.

OMG, actors came to my elementary school and performed Willy Wonka. You haven't lived until you've seen a chocolate river onstage.

No, your comments were still assinine.

You are calling my opinion that I do not want these books I love to be made into (possibly crappy) movies assinine? Is that right? Just so I'm clear, you are calling my opinion assinine. Correct?

Oh, I was scarred for life. Did you like Willy Wonka? At least there's no animals in it, is there?

No, I am calling the presumption behind it that. I mean should no book you like ever be produced into a movie (please read that carefully this time)?
