I liked the Killers when they were still kinda "indie" but the more exposure they got, the less I liked them. When I hear something too much, I withdraw. I listened to the album quite a bit when it first came out and really liked it.

I saw them in concert a few month ago and that pretty much sealed the deal for me. They had no stage presense and the new material they performed was very dull.

So, I gotta say, I'm ovahhhh the Killahhhhs

Unfortunatly, that happens to alot of bands once they get more exposure.

Probably "Mr. Brightside". It's a clear rip-off of Blondie's "Dreaming," all the way down to the echoing vocals in the beginning, but it's listenable, imo. "Somebody Told Me" has the most vapid lyric I've ever heard in my life, though: "Somebody told me/That you have a boyfriend/Who looks like a girlfriend/That I had in February of last year."

This is a really good, catchy song. I really dig it and that doesn't happen often the first time I hear a song. I like the lyrics as well. Their sound as a whole though is not very unique. I've heard lot of bands with this sound as of late. I must say though I'm impressed...

One of my favorite songs of last year was "Take Me Out" by Franz Ferdenand and that's not particularly my favorite kind of music but the first time I heard the song I was blown away. I still go crazy every time I hear it. I decided to dl some of their other songs but non matched Take Me Out. What an incredible song!!

I'm a huuuuuuuuge Franz Ferdinand WHORE. I think every song they've come out with is utterly sublime.

Can't wait for their new one in October.

It's just ok. I need to listen to it a few more times perhaps? It's not Take Me Out, that's for sure. I can't believe you like it more than Take Me Out. I am however really into this Mr. Brightside by the Killers.

I heard it yesterday actually. The last song is pretty cool.

They are ok, I couldn't fall madly in love with them but they have some good songs.

I always loved that lyric.
