I agree that the link shouldn't have been deleted because there was nothing wrong with it, but I think the whole uproar would be better served if you gave Chris an opportunity to respond without intentionally baiting her with snarkiness.

are you kidding me? I'm all for not being racist, prejudiced, having derogatory remarks and the like, but this isn't English Composition, so what if it isn't deemed a reputable source, who decides what's reputable?

Here's the real piece by Cindy Sheehan, whether one agrees with her or not:

It sounds to me like we could benefit from less government, then.

I guess we should no longer link to Perez Hilton then. Only Access Hollywood

You're insane if you think I'm going to stop linking to that salty queen.

I see. How did you determine its reputability, if you don't mind me asking?

I'm not sure that I even care. I think it's absolutely ludicrous that anyone is deciding whether or not a source is reputable and those that are deemed unreputable are not worthy of being posted. I think we should be able to discuss whatever articles, editorials, etc. we want to discuss.

So I am not allowed to post a link from a web site that has a conservative bias? What If I were to post from a site that has a liberal bias...would that be ok?

Guys - come on, let's give Goldie a break. She is new at this. If you think she made a mistake, don't atack her. As for posting bad links - what do the FAQ say?
