I hope it was just a lack of a vocal coach or something. I would hate to think it was so bad they couldn't tour again without becoming an embarassment. Lindsey's voice was at it's best in my opinion around the time of "Out Of The Cradle" and the subsequent tour so it's a complete mystery what happened between then and now.

I was also a little intrigued by the lack of any member of Fleetwood Mac in the Live 8 concerts, Mick especially considering his affections for Africa and it's people......

Well I think most of the artists were put together by Geldof and company. Maybe he doesnt like the Mac? Maybe because Stevie is on tour he couldnt get the Mac to commit to something? Who knows.

I agree about Lindsey's voice. He sounded pretty good on the Dance tour but since then he's lost most of his range...evidence of that on the way he sings Go Your Own Way now. Bummer. I liked Lindsey's voice in the early Rumours days, that high nasally sound. I also liked him on the Mirage tour. I think he smoked for many years, so that has a lot to do with the vocal chords getting older.
