I loved the thing but I go SO sick after supper. (I won't elaborate on that). Well, my mom said, "Maybe you had too much fruit today." I was like "Huh? Too much fruit? Is that possible?" I felt HORRIBLE that day, and we never figured out why. I have not had a fruit and walnut salad since. That sucks because it was really good. Does any of this make sense to any of y'all?

I guess it's possible to eat too much fruit in one day -- I mean, it's possible to drink too much water, too. Remember the girl in the nightclub who died?
But there's no way that a banana, an apple & a fruit/walnut salad constitute "too much fruit." You ain't even close to too much fruit.
I mean, we're talking maybe FOURTEEN watermelons, three bunches of bananas, twenty-five navel oranges, sixteen papayas, thirty cups of blueberries, etc. THAT would be too much for most people.
