Soundstage New Broadcast Date - September 8

PBS Chicago, which distributes the Soundstage program, now lists the broadcast date as September 8. No less than five PBS stations had Lindsey's Soundstage airing startting July 22 (Oregon, Central Texas, St. Louis, etc.). Repeated attempts to have WTTW Chicago confirm the July 21 date went unanswered, so I figured they could not confirm the date with Lindsey. The good news is that it is going to air (albeit one week shy of two years)! It is my understanding from other PBS stations, that since WTTW developed the show, they govern the earliest date that the show will broadcast. Expect the other PBS statiojns to change the air date to the week of September 8.

Do you have the link with that info? The WTTW site still says Sept 2004 as premiere date.

Well that sucks, I just checked my PBS station's schedule last night and they had it listed for July 22nd too. Bummer trails.

I haven't received any reply from the Indy PBS which I wrote to. They only have airdates for the Michael MacDonald soundstage. Thanks for doing the detective work.

I guess that I will have lots of time saved up by the end of the year. I have to use it by December because it does not carry over year to year.
