Default If Stevie does more shows in Vegas ...

. . . what would make great "entrance" music for her & her band as they make their way across a darkened stage & take their places?

How about the Khachaturian Sabre Dance?

I love the "Sabre Dance."

They could compile all of the up and down-the-stairs stuff from the "Talk To Me" and "I Can't Wait" videos, with the treadmill bits from "Stand Back," throw in the various twirls and spins and skirt swishes from over the years... speed up the film a bit... and then project it onto those big screens.

lol are you serious? i used to work at a bar that had that on the jukebox... now let me tell you, this is the desert, the old west... and people normally listen to a lot of country music in bars here.... so when that song came on all of our customers would get pissed off and stare at the speakers going "whaaaaaaa the hay-ell is this?" It was always one customer who played it... a regular on sunday and monday nights, but we never could figure out who it was since so many people were putting money in the jukebox all the time.

it reminded me of the music from the Neverending Story.

I? would pee You know they made a dance remix out of that.

I was thinking maybe looping the beginning of Coldplay's Clocks or Bittersweet Symphony. They could utilize the screens in the background and play video or show pictures before fading to black and bringing her out on stage.

I think a Bob Dylan song would be great like "Just Like A Woman," "You're A Big Girl Now," "Visions of Johanna" or "Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands." I especially like You're a Big Girl Now and Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands for Stevie. Maybe, a mix of all of the above songs. On the video screen play slow clips from different times in her life. You know Stevie wouldn't say "no" to Bob Dylan.

I don't know, but this reminded me that the ending to EFO always makes me picture Stevie "Riverdancing" as the lights go to black.

What's funny is Michael Flatly is from CHICAGO! Mr. Ireland himself is from the windy city.

Hands UP by the Black Eyed Peas
