Actually "Storms" is one of the few tracks where my opinion somewhat differs with other fans.
I have the usual favourites, "Landslide", "Crystal", "Silver Springs", "Sara", "Beautiful Child", "Gypsy", most of Bella Donna and The Wild Heart, the better half of Rock A Little (for some reason I've always had a soft spot for the title track of that album). And so on. Sorry to be disappointing.

Well, you know it's like me and my undying love for G&G. Few really get it. So I can understand Jimmy.

It's okay. An interesting post nonetheless. Not everyone has a soft spot for RAL or parts of RAL.

They played it during the Bella Donna tour, I think.

Okay. Well, anyway, I guess I can say the same for myself. I don't think "Gate and Garden," and my other fave solo song, "Outside the Rain," are necessarily her best solo compositions, but they're my personal fave.

But Sharon did ask you. She didn't just declare it to be etched in stone and the single, ultimate truth or anything. I didn't think she was trying to imply that you were wrong, just different, is decidedly a good thing in my book.

Sorry Jimmy
I don't think there's anything wrong with thinking it's her best though.

I went with Sara, although it was really hard to decide.

BTW - Angel was done by Stevie solo on the Bella Donna Tour and at Us Fest 1983. I believe it was taken out of the setlist for TWH tour after that show, though.

Does anyone know why? Was it not big with the audiences?

She also did it in Buffalo, NY and Hartford, CT. Of all people I thought you would know that Paula.

I voted for Sisters... never got on with it I'm not keen on Storms or Angel either, but then I'm not a Stevie fiend to be honest

I do quite like the other two, and her Mirage and White Album songs... in fact I might have to say that her Tusk songs are among my least favourites

God, and here I am listening to Behind The Mask
