I know - I thought of you as I posted!!!!!

I was at a place Thurs. for lunch (to forget the coronation ) - but I opted away from the rangoons and instead got the less caloric but equally tasty cucumber salad!!!!

Exactly. I could go buy real leather pants and they'd last longer, but I don't. I could eat real bacon, but I don't. Just think of these poor creatures and the horrors they go through.

Once again, it is line drawing. I have seen animals slaughtered and have killed more than one out of mercy (which is the hardest thing to do IMO) - so I just am a little more hardened.

Interestingly, I would be a veg. but plants are alive as well

well I'd never wear leather rpants or eat bacon but for other reasons. I don't see how eating or wearing something is bad, when you're not the one doing the torturing. It's already been killed, why not eat it.

thanks anyway. I actually don't care for chinese food chicken. (though I have eaten it and enjoyed it). Cucumber salad rocks. But mostly i'll just stick to my occasional rangoon, the best food ever invented.
