(At deafening volume) "Ptolemy" by Blue Murder from the first Blue Murder album (John Syke's has the most hellacious guitar tone ever to come from a Gibson Les Paul on this track...Sick enough to peel one's face off their skull!!!)

I wrote all these songs down, I liked the order that much.

Then 'Would I Lie To You' by Eurythmics came on. I got VERY excited and started dancing the best I can.

After that, 'Hanging On The Telephone' by Blondie started. SO good. I happened to think, "Oh! If the next song was Stevie Nicks or Fleetwood Mac the greatness of this would be unbearable!"

...The next song was 'Landslide' from The Dance.

Those three songs...Back to back...Were absolute bliss.

That? - is amazing. what a bonus.

Maybe harsh, but I just absolutely cannot stand her voice. Time After Time? Makes me want to puke.

I agree on the Annie part....now Stevie as Galadriel... LOL ...just don't see that one.

Anyway, Amber will appreciate this..I had a change of heart regarding Gwen Stefani..

Right Now: what you waiting for, rich girl, hollaback girl, crash, serious, and danger zone

!!!!! What'd you get? Martinis and Bikinis?

I just stopped listening to "Dream Baby" by Roy Orbison on repeat, and popped in Teenage Fanclub's Songs From Northern Britain album. Two thumbs up!

"Rhiannon" from the Oct.20,1982 Oakland show I will be transferring over from tape to lossless sound quality disc...A great sounding Mirage tour show, Even for an "audience" recording.

Wow, those lyrics are great. I wonder why Iovine hated this song.

EVERYTHING about this song is absolutely perfect. I love it. 'Julia' is already one of my favorite demos...

Billie Holiday singing, "One More for the Road," the song Bette Midler sang to Johnny Carson - it's on the radio as part of their lunch request show. It was followed by Chuck Berry, Johnny B. Goode. Austin radio, KGSR, rules! (NOT a Clear Channel station!)
