The problem is that you're not realizing that he is using religious beliefs to admend the Constitution. That is unconstitutional.

Um - no that's a fluffy way of saying he wants to BAN gay marriage....

Also - great he has beliefs...he doesn't live by them - he's all talk - AND as it's been stated over and over - there is NO PLACE for his religion in law...plain and simple. What are you not understanding about that??

There were precincts that had more votes for Bush than registered voters, which is impossible. In all cases of irregularities Bush was favored. I see that as a bunch of liberal bs...(no offense to you...its not directed at you) but thats all it is...liberal fabrications. and note...most TV stations want touch the story because they know that its just insanity, not because of fear of losing their jobs...that didn't stop Mr. Rather and his staff at C-BS.

Well, really its not about religon. Its about reaffirming what the majority of Americans view as marriage.

Then why are they attempting to do just that?

that's bullsh**t - because it's all based on religion. HE's NOT concerned with what the majority of America thinks - and if you think he is - you're even more delusional than I already think you are

Give me ONE good reason WHY marriage should be limited to 1 man 1 woman - that is NOT based in religion....just one...come on...

As has been said 100s of times, majority opinion is not always right. (slavery, civil rights, women's rights, Native American policy)

Mean and uncalled for.

You can't say that we are WRONG. Amerian's have beliefs that tie into how they view the country should be ruled.

I most certainly can...this is America and I can say what I please...

So does each religion have the power to legislate if they are the majority?

Should the legislature of Utah be able to legalize poligamy?

I sure as hell can say they're WRONG - because there is an amendment which SEPARATES religion and government..

Seriously dude - take some sort of reading comprehension class - you're not getting it...
