We were drunk... very, very drunk, setting off fireworks at midnight, and having the neighbors hate us. I, too, made love to a bottle of Tylenol and a glass of water before going to bed. I feel great this morning!

Drunk, yes. Fun, no. We opted to go to hubby's brother's house, like very other friggin' weekend. Boring as HELL! Not that any NYE is particularly exciting, IMO.
