Government looking at military draft lists

I still think it political suicide to institute the draft. But, I fail to see how the objectives of the current U.S. policy can be achieved with the comparatively limited number of service people we currently have. So, we shall see what happens. I hope they do not reinstitute the draft.

Interestingly, if all people who vehemently supported the war in Iraq had either gone themselves or if unable to do that, sent their children, we would have plenty of troops there. Alas, few have the gumption to stick that closely to their ideals
