It isn't a matter of lowering your standards, it's a matter of changing what you can when you can. Bush is so far down the line when it comes to my standards that I'd vote for Tony Blair or Kim Jung Il before I marked the ballot for him.

Again, my original post said that leaving CP in would be better than almost anyone W would nominate. I think that that change would be almost certainly for the worse. I mean you would rahter have Condi Rice and CP

How absurd. It doesn't matter who is enlisted for the job, they will still lie when told to. They will still sell a faulty bill of goods. But you don't seem to get that, so... It doesn't matter if it's Minute Rice or Colon Polyp, they're both liars. The only difference is that Minute Rice swore under oath that she didn't know what her job duties were as National Security Advisor.

But that is my point. Kerry was just as bad IMO. Yet, I voted for him.

Once again, we are down to the R's can never ever under any circumstances be given any credit for anything and they are morally below the D's even when the D's do essentially the same thing. Yawn
