Glory Hallelujah!!! A man was convicted on a completely circumstantial case!!!
Y'all better hope that your children aren't in this same position. The dude killed his wife, but the prosecution couldn't prove it with evidence. So, we all suffer- cuz juries will continue to not follow the rule of law and convict people on the basis of subjective shade instead of proven evidence. The prosecution did NOT make it's argument. Anyone who believes so probably voted for Dubya.
