I don't mean to be disrespectful, but what's with the "navy blue headbands?" I don't recall this particular item being associated with Stevie. Am I missing something?

Good point.

I imagine they'd just stick a pitchfork in me and roast me on a spit. Hee haw!

(I'm only joking, guys.)

If you stole a horse in the west and midwest prior probably to 1950 - you'd be shot or hung

BTW and FYI (and mine and everyone's as well ) - from Merriam Webster:

Main Entry: lynch
Pronunciation: 'linch
Function: transitive verb
Etymology: lynch law
: to put to death (as by hanging) by mob action without legal sanction
- lynch·er noun

That whole "person on an open spit" has become passe...

Nowadays "Jimmy Bob", "Billy Bob", "John Bob" & "Bob Bob" now prefer to cut people up and use 'em as "stink bait" for their "trout lines" which produce record sized "channel cats" so they can feed the whole clan (Or is clan now spelt with a "K" these days???)

This is very sad but the article was touching. My father knows the victim's father very well and we live about 15 minutes from Clark. My condolences go out to the whole Venincasa family.

After I read this article, I couldn't help thinking that if I were to die tomorrow, my mom would write something stupid in my obiturary like, "She was obsessed with that Stevie Nicks from Fleetwood Mac."
