Yeah - I was getting super depressed last week - then forced myself into the gym and I felt 100% better...so that really helps...

And it's funny -all summer I was wishing and wishing I could have solitude (it was my first time having a roomate ever) and now I keep thinking I should have gotten a roomte haha...

But really I do like my alone time - but like you said it also sucks sometimes...my mom keeps telling me how lucky I am to not have a husband or children to worry about haha...and that's true - I'm in a pretty good place now - I just need to get used to it...

CNN is a total lost cause--almost as bad as Faux in my opinion. Jon Stewart and Bill Maher are great too but how sad is it that they're comedians and are supposed to be doing comedy shows yet are actually providing substantive politically commentary and interviews that no one else seems to be doing except for Keith?

CNN is worse than Faux. Why? Because Faux is up front about it being utter **** and a home for GOP talking points. CNN isn't.

Diss--you nailed it! I swear I can't stand to watch them anymore at all. I occasionally will flip over to see Anderson Cooper if Chris Matthews has irritated the hell out of me (which is like very single night) and I will sometimes watch Lou Dobbs but that's just about it as far as CNN is concerned. Oh wait--I did watch Larry King last night because Bill Maher was on. Other than that, they are a waste of cable space and constant whores for BushCo.

"Tonight our guests are Laura and George W. Bush...FOR THE HOUR!"

Ugh. Larry King drives me bonkers. He wouldn't let Michael Moore on his show because the White House said that if he did, they would cut him off completely and not cooperate with him ever again for a show.

Anderson Cooper is awesome, but you can tell that the brass upstaris is trying to get him to spew the GOP talking points. Still, the show he did with Michael Stipe as guest co-host ROCKED.

And Lou Dobbs is great, too. He used to be such a conservative whore, but now he's seen the light. His new book about outsourcing is fantastic, BTW. Aaron Brown is a pig, though, don't let him fool you. He's a wolf in sheeps clothing. I've gotten some nasty emails from him after I sent "feedback."

Chris Matthews...where do I begin? He's a racist, plain and simple. His display towards Al Sharpton at the DNC was shocking. I haven't watched a show since (except for when he had that traitorous bastard Zell Miller on and was challeneged to a "duel")

"GET OUTTA MAH FACCCCE!"

Yeah--I was really shocked when Chris cut Al off like that. Listen, I like Al. He's not perfect-far from it but you know, here's the thing--the Dems put our crazies out there for everybody to see--we don't hide them in the closet. Look who the Repugs trotted out for their convention--people who in no way truly represent what their party is about! And I'll always love the Rev. Al for his line about "It doesn't matter who you go to bed with at night--it matters if you've both got a job when you wake up in the morning!" Ain't that the truth!

Anyway, I haven't had much use for ole' Chris since then. He's a whore, plain and simple and a psychotic one at that. It burns me up when people say, "But he's a Democrat." He and Zell Miller are from the same wing of the Democratic party-the psychopaths who used to be Democrats and masquerade as Democrats but who are really and truly and totally Republicans!

Lou Dobbs rocks. He's really seen the light where this administration is concerned and he's a tough interviewer. I enjoy seeing him chopping up on people. Anderson is very cool as well, even though he took some jabs at my main main, KO, last night.

Aaron Brown doesn't fool me for one milisecond. I personally think that CNN should market him as cure for insomnia. I so think MSNBC should put Olbermann opposite Brown--he'd kill him in the ratings. I've read/heard about some of Brown's snotty e-mail replies to people who've written in. I heard a great quote about him and his show. "Keith Olbermann's show is the show that Aaron Brown THINKS he's doing." That about sums it up. I think he thinks he's much smarter and interesting than he actually is!
