isn't it chilling to think if Gore won in 2000

Well, she would say to review the facts. Can you quote where Mike told you to go screw yourself and that you were being childish, because I couldn't find that anywhere.

No, you didn't. You explained why Moore didn't want people to vote for Nader 2x, shrug and all, which wasn't the subject of discussion. Dissention has explained why he feels Moore is justified in his contradiction.

No. I said that Moore Is ABB and that while he may not want Senators who voted for the war to be reelected as Senators, that the importance of getting Bush out superseded that. I believe dissention echoed that sentiment. You can find my original quote and post it if you wish.

Thanks. I didn't see that. It's unfortunate when people get carried away like that because they feel so strongly about something. The worst thing about that is, even if you are relaying the most researched, undisputed facts, you lose credibility when you go that route.

Here is a copy and paste of your original post from that thread:

"Moore asked people not to vote for Senators who were running for reelection. He is ABB and realizes this election is too serious to consider a third party candidate whose votes will translate into absolutely nothing come November 4."

But again, that answers the question "Why does Michael Moore feel people shouldn't vote for Ralph Nader". Which no one asked.

Well, I have done that myself. I guess the most frustrating thing is the need for people to have their information in the form of a soundbite. Otherwise they don't have time, or I'm being partisan, etc... The majority of this group is pretty well informed, though. With everything that's happening now, it's hard to keep up with the developments.

You may interperet it that way. I may have been pressed for time but what I was, however inarticulately trying to say was that Moore felt the need to unseat Bush by voting for Kerry, even though he did vote for IWR and that a third party vote was a waste of time this time around. Does that clarify it?

I understood it correctly. You clearly stated that Moore was ABB, which answered the original question posed, then elaborated on that point.

No but we look out for each other.

Us two have to stick together in the fight against imperial hubris and neo-conservatism.

Yes, but again, it really wasn't a question. Like I said in that thread, I just thought that it was ironic that Moore digs to find those kind of contradictions in other people. I do understand his rationalization for it, but I can't say I agree with it though.

Thank you. Since neither of us can speak for Moore we can only surmise by his statements that this is what he means.
Why are you stuck on this paleshadow?

I bought that sticker from the Air America online store, too. It's on my mailbox.
