Pbs Soundstage 1 hr?
Apparently there is a 1 hour broadcast of Soundstage as well...I was taping at 12am this morning, and it said Soundstage 12-2 am...but it ended at 1 am...and here were the songs they showed in this order:
The Chain Say You Will Rhiannon I’m So Afraid Big Love Landslide Say Goodbye Tusk Stand Back Go Your Own Way Don’t Stop Anyway, I have the DVD so you are wondering, WHY TAPE IT? Well my grandma wants to see the concert and she doesnt have a DVD player...and I dont know how or if there is a way to copy a dvd onto a VHS Tape Chris

I watched it because I haven't gotten my DVD yet. I was impressed with the concert. The only negatives were the overdubs in GYOW. Also, it was weird hearing Christine on Tusk. Overall, what I saw rocked.

I truly believe SG could be a hit video and single. That version is visually and acoustically stunning.

I watched it...
and wondered why wasnt the 2 hour broadcast shown...Oh well, 1 hour of Mac is better than 0 hours, right?

We got the 2 hour broadcast here in the Pittsburgh area.
One oddity of the editing... Stevie's little speech before "Beautiful Child" was shortened, presumably for time considerations (not that it's all that long of a speech anyway), but they left Lindsey's intro speech to "Say Goodbye" intact, in which he states "the next couple of songs are from our new album." Yet, "What's The World Coming To" isn't included in the broadcast!

Darn!! Thought I was gonna get off cheaply.... well, that's what I get for thinkin' - I got the short version broadcast and sorry to say, it ain't enough for this Mac Fan! Now I gotta go to Best Buy and buy the DVD. Sigh... that's just the way my luck's been goin lately and I didn't even break a mirror or anything! Guess it's time for another offering to the Karma Gods or something

They showed the whole 2 hours here in NY last night. The only things they cut out from the complete concert were Dreams, WTWCT, World Turning and Second Hand News. I'm getting the DVD soon, so I am not worried about seeing the rest of it. I did love the Landslide dedication... he looked very touched by it.
