I love Only Over You (and Mystified)! That's my fave Christine song on Mirage. It's so etheral sounding and the guitar is greatness.

My guess is that it probably was played, somewhere in 1975. There's a little sound clip of it floating around from what seems to be a rehearsal for the '75 tour(s). Mick gives it a stronger beat, & Chris switches from the Rhodes to the Hohner, & all in all it's got a nice spirit to it. It's a bit grungier than it is in the studio.

I think I may have this. It's on the Missing Links bootleg, which is a widely circulated boot. "Monday Morning" & "Say You Love Me" are also on there. Either that or there's another "Warm Ways" track floating around out there.

I like "Warm Ways". I still do find that there are about 30 Christine songs that are better than this one (seriously!), but I still like it, because of the laziness and the ethereal feel to it. I wish there was a live version of it somewhere. around.
