Add this to your growing collection of happy moments, Joe (and don't expect me to say this again, either!):

"Not Make Believe" has totally grown on me.

I've had it in my CD player because I've been playing "Love Minus Zero" all week and I've been too lazy to skip songs. And I'm starting to really dig it. I especially like the last minute for some reason.

Awesome! I know what you mean about the last minute... that high twinkly guitar bit, with the thumping drums ... it's probably my favourite bit of the song too. I like to imagine that those two Bonus Disc tracks are an indication of what the next album could be like.
