Take it for what it's worth, but Stevie said they'd only be changing the setlist once they returned to America for the Spring 2004 tour.
She had said that that would be the longest period of time where they'd have the best opportunity to rework the setlist and then rehearse it. It actually surprises me that anyone's surprised they didn't change the set for the Australian shows.
