Who knows. What I do know is it sounds like someone gave up in the creativity-of-naming-songs department

I am glad to get anything "new" by Fleetwood Mac, I would buy 21 different mixes of "I know i'm not wrong" and 21 mixes of "Not Make Believe", why? Besides the fact that I like both songs, Fleetwood Mac is my favorite band, and I want all the mixes and songs I can get.

Digital technology has come along way since the last remastering of the current FM cd's on the market. So we should have "better sounding" copies of "FM" "Rumours" and my favorite "Tusk"... I am really happy and excited by these releases, I would buy them even without the extra material, I have already scratched up my cds of these albums, I do have them on my computer but that's different. These extras look great, they should all be excellent quality I hope. Also isn't the original album(lp) artwork and new photos suppose to be released with it? Anyways, I will be buying these re-releases the day they come out, hopefully I will have the money by then, heh...

Hey, keep in mind that some of these tracks may NOT be the versions we've been hearing for years. They may actually be versions we've never heard before.
Take "Planets of the Universe," for example. I remember reading an interview around the time of TISL where Stevie said Lindsey had worked on that song several times in the 1970s but had never come up with a version that he found satisfactory, and that he applauded John Shanks for his work. That indicates to me that Lindsey may have produced a couple versions of this song... one of which we may be getting.
Anyway, I for one am very excited by these releases. We're finally getting the stuff that should have been on that sorry excuse for a box set back in 1992.

Question R WE SURE about the "REALLY NEVER HEARD" ???

I would be dissapointed if I buy those new CDs and find that those "new" releases are actually the SAY YOU LOVE ME, TUSK song or GOLD DUST WOMAN (..etc) version from the Boxset (or the last VERY BEST CD).

I liked the boxset and the VB since I could listen update versions of my fave songs. Will I have the opportunity of get new different versions? I HOPE !!!! But.. r we sure?

humm.. I think I'll wait for your reviews, ledgie friends

Default where is Fireflies?

Hi,

Great to see that the remasters are finally underway. I noticed that Farmer´s Daughter has been added to the bonus disc on Tusk. But that leaves the question, why didn´t they include Fireflies and One More Night?

Can it be that they will be released on similar remastered (and expanded complete concert with rehearsals) cds from the Tusk tour?

Can´t wait till March 23rd, they will make lovely birthday gifts the day after!!

Greetz,

buckmacnicks.
