Does anybody else really like "Special Kind of Love"?
(The song is very short and apparently an outtake from Tango sessions). |

I don't like this song. It's too cheesy.

I don't recall ever hearing it...

The cheesiest thing I feel is the chord progression. I can only hope that if they were to develop it into an album song they would've added a lot to it, especially in lyric department!
But as it was I guess it was sort of a 'chorus demo', much like Goodbye Angel. ![]()

Ugh. That is one lame "song", if you can even call it that. There was a reason it was never completed! Very annoying.
So I guess I can't join in the appreciation. ![]() |

"If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"..... so i'll keep my opinion of "Special Kind Of Love" to myself! *lol*
But I wanted to show my support for "Goodbye Angel," which I think is a terrific song. Definitely one of Lindsey's best from that era. ![]()

Hmm I can't say I ever listen to it, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that (considering we were never meant to hear it) it may just have been turned into a half decent song. That said, 'You & I pt II ' makes me retch and its much of a same thing.

I wouldn't be surprised to see "Special Kind Of Love" on the Rhino remastered Tango In The Night
