Canned cat food is actually healthier than a lot of the human food out there these days. Mick Fleetwood Signature Canned Meals could be in the development pipeline as we speak.

Maybe he can get his own line, and sell autographs with it at Walmart.

I just remembered a new I heard on the radio long ago. It must have been late 70s or early 80s. The DJ was telling that the Rolling Stones had just released an album, vinyl I understand, that when you play it, while the needle touched the spinning record it gave off a smell of weed. I was in my early teen years so I can’t remember if there were more info about it, if it was serious or just a joke. But I’m sure he mentioned the Rolling Stones.

But if it was true, I think about all those reissues, deluxe, expanded, special, new formats, etc etc editions of Rumours, and I wonder if Mick wanted to release something similar.

Gosh, ANOTHER reissue?

I will say the Rumours Super Deluxe is worth it for a number of reasons, especially “Planets of the Universe”; the full outtake with vocals of “Keep Me There”; a run-through of “Think About It”; and the early take of “Oh Daddy,” without Stevie’s cool but ungrammatical contribution (“and I can’t walk away from you, baby if I tried”) and instead the original, less-evocative but perfectly grammatical line: “and it’s helping through the night.”

But I won’t spend any more $ on further Rumours reissues.

Completely agree. I still enjoy all those alternative versions, demos, bonus tracks, the included concert. And that's enough from the Rumours universe to me.

They got a Bunn coffee maker because Stevie told them to!

Agreed! But can you elaborate on the ungrammatical quote? I’m not seeing what’s grammatically incorrect about that line. But then, grammar was never my strong suit.

Mismatched tense.

I can't(present tense) walk away from you even if I tried(past tense).

A more grammatically correct option would be "even though I try" (present simple) or "even though I've tried" (present perfect)

But I couldn't say that to Bob Dylan even if I tried.
