It appears Henley and his greedy agent suddenly became concerned recently when the person in possession of the notes were going to sell them. They viewed it as someone making money off the Eagles without them making money.

Agreed. His voice is still in prime condition. He’s mean to fans who dance at Eagles concerts. He loves his audience using oxygen tanks and with millions in checking.

Randy was over it, so that was his choice. They should've given Felder one more chance, after he knew they meant business.
