Exactly, they just weren't filthy rich like some other acts. Even Genesis wasn't doing well during that time. By Lamb, which didn't sell well, Phil said he had sent all his money home, and there wasn't much left after a tour. Lots of work, and not huge payoffs.

wow, i hadn't known they got such a big advance at that time.
