Default FAN CLUB - new mgmt moves in

What do you guys think of this new hierarchy of membership?

http://www.fleetwoodmac.com/fanclub.php

And some areas of the website that were once public, like the tour date info, are off limits now (or at least it takes you to their "give us money" page).

Is anyone else having trouble logging into the member site?

I'm so glad you posted this because I can't get logged in either. I also end up at the price list and that's as far as I can get. I can't access the Sabremark part of the website at all.

For those of us who are automatically getting our membership renewed/extended I wonder which category of renewal we are in?

I went through "forget your password" and got a new password emailed to me. There's a new login page:

http://www.fleetwoodmac.com/login.php

That takes you to a page to fill out all your personal info again (but it doesn't appear to be on a secure page!). I'm trying to be open minded about this, but I'm a little annoyed that they didn't email members with instructions before they started to make all the changes.

Does anyone know anything about this Signatures Network company that took over the fan club? Don't they do Britney Spears' merchandise? I thought someone posted here that Lindsey's management was going to be involved in the fan club now. Does anyone know what's going on?

I wasn't a fanclub member before (thank God) but this looks somewhat promising to me. I'm not going to get my hopes up just yet, though.
And is that new merchandise on the Fanfire page, or have I not been paying attention? I MUST HAVE the rainbow shirt!

Default fan club

Works okay for me, just had to add the rest of the personal info, since they already had half of it didn't see a problem adding the other half. No idea which part of the membership hiearchy I'm in though, gussing the $80 one since thats what I paid, if I'm not then I'll have a problem. Hope it works for the rest of you guys.

Hi..No, they are not going to actually do the new club, East End, but, helped facilitate choosing the company that would do it. They kinda knew what to look for, how to hire this company, etc, unlike Mick. So, I have my fingers crossed. I am gonna do some research about the new ppl.

I had to ask for a new password, then update all my personal info. At that point, I was able to log in, but, not until I did all the above. They really need to let us know that so that the current members know how to get access to the site.

I got that shirt a few weeks ago and I love it! Everyone comments on it too. Only buy it if you want the whole world to know you love FM. It really stands out! In fact I wore it earlier today.

Anyone else have any FM shirts they wear? I only have the raibow shirt, the grey shirt with them "flying" like they are on the elbum cover, and the one with the lyrics to the chorus of Say You Will.

I want to go on eBay to buy some vintage t-shirts but so many of them look like fakes. Is there like a website which shows you what all the old concert shirts look like?

Most of my FMac shirts I buy xl and sleep in, but, there are some really cute ones that I want that are just now coming out. I really like the ones with FM on them.

This is what I did as well. After I filled in my new info, I was able to access the site without a problem.

Personally, I am glad to fill in my info for the new club. At least that way I know they have my info for sure. I do not trust the info database from the former fan club at all.

Thanks. Please let us know what you find out. I looked at their website, and at least they're professionals so it's gotta be an improvement over JT, that won't be hard. But I'm a little worried that money is the only name of the game for them too.

I really like the long sleeve green shirt that they have in the FM store. Very cool!

The one shirt that I wear alot is my red Stevie TISL concert shirt.

These shirts do shrink a good bit, so I get them nice and big.

Yeah, a lot of times I just hang around the house in them too. I am usually not that casual when I am at school and especially not at work.

I'm usually not comfortable unless I am in a polo shirt for some reason, so I don't wear the FM shirts all the time.

You know, I bet that all the companies that manage the clubs have money as a main interest, but, the difference will be, I hope, that they also care about the fans. JT seemed to only care about his pocket and would have lied to the pope if he could make a buck. I am really excited and have my hopes up high for a good club, with positive ppl who I hope make lots of money, but, never forget why they can make that money. It is us and the band, and without us, the band wouldn't be there. I think that there has to be mutual respect and that is what seemed to be lacking with JT. So, not to rehash that bunch of hell...lololol...I am optimistic. The start of it seems great. I just hope that they do not charge full price every year, that those of us who have already joined are considered platinum members right now, and that the time that they extend the club memberships for us at least covers any legs or portion of the tour left to come. We missed a LOT on the first two, and deserve the entirety of this tour, imo, and nothing less. It would be nice if they would ask us what we think. I hope that they are taking the time to read this to see how we feel.
