Can you confirm, if this is true, then what was the outcome of the lawsuit?

Its interesting that the FM counsel have made a public statement today, saying they have yet to see this legal complaint even though it is in the press?

I wouldn't assume anything when it comes to that guy. I do see that FM's tour is Live Nation (which is Irving or at least used to be) and Lindsey is playing AEG venues on his tour. Plus his voice isn't any higher.
