The clear point is they all agreed to the tour, so this means whether he asked for a delay or not is irrelevant, he had agreed to whatever timeline there was and was happy as were the others with that.
I don’t think asking for the delay is irrelevant at all given his past history with tours. So the delay becomes a factor in whatever else Stevie was pissed about. That is my point. They did not completely make it up.

According to the Rolling Stone article, FM haven't been served with the lawsuit yet. The press knew about the lawsuit before anyone from FM. Seems odd. Seems to be odd timing.

Not a surprise. He is talking to RS and leaking news of the lawsuit to undermine the FM tour and Stevie's RRHOF bid.

I think we have a winner. If FM77 is correct and they usually are the lawsuit is settled then this is a smear campaign and not a counterattack by Azoff at all. Time for the opera!

I don’t think he needed any help in that department...hence this situation.

But he still loves them all. That's what his e-mail to Mick says. So, no matter how much he tries, he will never reach the degree of those two ungrateful a$$holes.

PUHLEESE. He does not love them anymore than they love him at this stage. This was performance, knowing the email will eventually be read in court. He is no dummy.

I had not for one said he never brought up the tour delay point, but SN saying that he wanted to delay until Nov 2019 was always far fetched and difficult to believe.

And what you are also saying is that even though he 'asked' for a delay but they all then as a group/band agreed on dates and contractually agreed to tour 60 dates, SN then, because he brought up the possibility of delays during tour planning, has a justified reason to fire him, even though she had also signed this tour contract?

The other articles seemed to be avoiding an ugly dollar figure. This one states one and says as well as suing the band, he is suing each individual member. (not sure how that works legally for this sort of thing)
