Buddy Icons/Pictures

I know this doesn't relate to the board, but
I was wondering, how do I put a picture or Buddy Icon on my posts, you know what I mean?

ok, i hope i can explain it right:

go to :

mainforum > profile > edit options
scroll down to avatar

there is everything explained how to do it please let me know if it works or if you need more help.
